All work in the vineyard, with the exception of harvest, is done by the owners.
Our goal has been to produce outstanding winegrapes with the least impact on the natural environment.
We are located in the Pomar District, east of Templeton. Our vineyard is at 1,100 ft. elevation, with cool nightly breezes from the Templeton gap. Four acres of our ten acre parcel is planted in head-trained zinfandel. The remainder of the property is native oak woodland and a seasonal creek.
The vines are 5 ft. apart, with 9 ft. rows. We have trained the vines into tall, multi-layered heads for good sun exposure.
