One of the fun things we do is make a small amount of wine to enjoy with friends
Our hand-tended grapes are loaded by hand into our manual crusher/destemmer.  After fermentation, we press off the
skins using a hand press.  The pomace is carried by bucket into the vineyard to fertilize the grapes.  We enjoy sharing the
"fruits of our labor" with friends.
